afd Specified and afterwards to bring here into Court againe of which precept to wit
Joseph Young Gent high Sherf of Kent County makes return on the day and
year last Said that he hath Executed the Punishment in the Judgment afd and
also hath here the Said Mary Graham before the Court and thereupon

Kent County fs  The Jurors for the right honourable the
Lord prop.ry that now is for the body of Kent County upon
their Oath do present that Mary Graham late of S.t Pauls
Parish in the County afd Spinster the Servant of James Stout
the tenth day of January Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty and one with force
and Arms at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicion of this Court one
bridle of the value of thirty pounds of tobacco one Cloth gown of the value of one
hundred pounds of tobacco one petticoat of the value of fifty pounds of tobacco one
Suit of Cambrick head cloaths of the value of two hundred pounds of tobacco one
black Silk bonnett of the value of one hundred pounds of Tobacco one damask
towel of the value of thirty pounds of tobacco and one _______ Jacket of the
value of one hundred pounds of tobacco of the goods and chattles which then
were of Anne Stout but now are of James Stout then and there being found then
and there felonioiusly did Steal take and bear away contrary to the peace of the
Said Lord prop.ry his good rule and government and against the form of the Act
of Assembly in Such case lately made and provided
                        Which Same bill was endorsed as foll. viz.t  Ignoramus p Edw.d

Kent County fs  The Jurors for the right honourable the
Lord prop.ry that now is for Kent County afd upon their Oath
do present that Elizabeth Buly late of Shrewsbury parish
in the County afd Spinster the tenth day of June Anno Dom.
Seventeen hundred thirty & one at the parish afd in the County afd within the
Jurisdicion of this Court did Committ fornication with a person to the Jurors afd
unknown and did permit the Same unknown person then and there to have Carnal
knowledge of her body and to beget then and there a bastard child on the body
of her the Same Elizabeth to the high displeasure of Almighty God to the
Evil Example of all others in Such case offending contrary to the peace of
the said Lord prop.ry his god rule and government and against the form of the
Act of Assembly in that case made and provided

                                        On the Same bill was endorsed as foll. viz.t True bill
                                                            p Edw.d Worrell foreman

    And the afd Elizabeth Buly in her proper person comes and Saith that She
cannot gainsay the Indictment afd So as afd against her brought nor but that
