275 and Successors in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterl money of Great Brittaine to be Leveyed on his Lands & Tenements goods and Chattles Conditionally She doth not make her personall appearance at the next County Court to be held for Said County then and there to prosecute Mary Graham wherewith She is Contented As also at Said time came Thomas Jones of Said County and Acknowledged himself indebted unto his Lord Ship &c.a in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterling to be Leveyed as afd Conditionally he do not make his personall appearance at the next County Court to be held for Said County as an Evidence against the abovesaid Mary Graham wherewith he is contented Taken before me W ffrisby And now here at the third tuesday of March being the twenty first day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty one Came the afd Ann Stout and in her proper person appeared and prayd She might be discharged from the afd Recognizance Ordered by the Court here that the afd Recogniz.c be discharged as prayd The afd Ann Stouts Recognizance is by this Court discharged And now here at the Same third tuesday in March being the twenty first day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty one Came the afd Thomas Jones and in his proper person appeared and prayd he might be discharged from his afd recognizance Ordered by the Court here that the Same Recognizance be disch.d This Court here discharges the afd Thomas Jones Recognizance Kent County fs The Jurors for the right honourable the Lord prop.ry that now is for the body of Kent County upon her Oath do present that Mary Graham late of S.t Pauls Parish in the County afd Spinster the Servant of M.r James Stout the tenth day of December Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty and one with force and Arms at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicion of this Court eight Ells of Dowlace of the Value of two hundred pounds of tobacco and one yard of Linin of the Value of twenty pounds of Tobacco one Ell of Lawes of the Value of eighty pounds of Tobacco three yards of Muslin of the Value of two hundred pounds of tobacco Six yards of Duroye of the Value of eighty pounds of tobacco of the goods and chattles which then were of Ann Stout but now are of James Stout then |
