geting of a Child on the body of Rachel Robinson of S.t Pauls Parish
in Said County wherewith they acknowledge themselves Contented
                                                    taken before me P Kennard

    At the afd third tuesday in March being the twenty first day of Said Month
Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty one Came the afd Robert
Mullin and in his proper person appeared and prayd that his afd
recognizance might be disch.d  Ordered by the Court here that the
afd Recognizance be disch.d as prayd  The Same Robert Mullins
recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here discharged there
being no cause Shewn to the Contrary                Nathaniel Kennard
and John Garland there Recognizances taken as afd are by this Court
here discharged &c.a

of December last came Ann Stout before us the
Subscribers two of the Right Hon.r the Lord prop.ry
Justices of the peace for the Said County and did Acknowledge
herself to be Justly Indebted unto the Said Lord prop.ry to his heirs and
Successors in the Sum of five pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on her goods
& Chattles Lands & Tenements Upon Condition that if Mary Graham
do make her personall appearance before his Ld Ship's Justices of the S.d
County and at the Court House in new Town on the third tuesday of March
next to answer Such things as Shall then and there be objected against
her on Suspicion of Felony and in the mean time She is to be of good
