27 Conditionally that if the afd Walther should not make his psonall appearance before the Justices of the then next Novem.r Court to Answer unto what shall be Objected against him on suspition of Intended Murther And if that in the mean time he should not be of good behavour wherewith the said Walther is Content Thereupon Dan.l Perkins of Kent County Millwright & Cha.s Smith of the afd County Bricklayer and present here in Court in their proper psons Acknowledges themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of fifty pounds Sterl money each to be made and Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Walther should not make his personall appear.c before the Justices of the then next Nov.r Court to Answer unto what shall be Objected against him on Suspition of Intended Murther and if that in the mean time he should not be of good behavour wherewith the said Daniel Perkins & Charles Smith & either of them doth Acknowledge themselves Content
Thereupon Patrick Clark of Kent County Blacksmith and present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds Sterl money of great Brittain to be made & Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Joseph should not make his personall appearance before the Justices of the then next Nov.r Court as an Evid.c against the afd Walther Freestone On suspition of Intended Murther wherewith the afd Patrick Clark Acknowledges himself Content
