Shewn to the Contrary    Also Philip Kennard and James Calder his Suretys
Recognizance as afd being taken is now here by this Court disch.d &c.a

    Matthew Howard at the afd third tuesday in August entered into Recogniz.c
In the Sum of ten pounds Sterling for the appearance of William
Thompson Serv.t to John Inch afd at this Court  The Same William now
at this Court appears according to the tenor of the Same recognizance being as an
Evid.c against the afd John Inch and prays the Same Recognizance as afd
may be Disch.d  Ordered by the Court here that the Same Recognizance be
disch.d  The Same Recognizance is by this Court here discharged &c.a
