Sterl for his appearance as afd is by this Court here discharged there being no cause
Shewn to the Contrary    Also Abraham Ambrose his Surety his recognizance
in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterl for the appearance of the afd Noah is by this
Court here discharged

    Thomas Shareman at the Same time afd entered into Recognizance as an Evid.c
against the afd Noah Hampton  The afd Thomas at this Court in his
proper person appears and prays that his Recognizance may be disch.d &c.a

Kent County fs  The Jurors for the Right Honble the Lord
prop.ry that now is for Kent County afd upon their Oath do
present that John Inch late of Shrewsbury Parish in the County
afd planter the tenth day of Aprill Anno Dom. Seventeen
hundred & thirty at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicion of
this Court the marks in the ears of one barrow hog of the price of two hundred
pounds of Tobacco of the goods and chattles of a person unknown then and there
being found then & there feloniously severally and without the Licence of the
Said unknown person did cut and alter and by Such cutting and altering the marks
afd of the Said hog to one crop & one Slit in each of the ears afd the proper
marks for the hogs of the Said John then and there did charge with an intent
feloniously Secretly and without the knowledge of the Same unknown person
the property in the Same hog from the Same unknown person to him the
Same John to alter & change contrary to the peace of the Said Lord
prop.ry his good rule & Government and against the form of the Act
of Assembly in Such case made and provided &c.a

    And the afd John Inch in his proper person cometh and Saith that he
is in no Sort guilty of the premisses above upon him imposed as by the
