me one of his Lordship the Lord prop.rys Justices of the Said County and acknowledged himself
Indebted to his Said Lordship the heirs and Successors in the Sum of ten pounds Sterl to be
Leveyed on his land and tenements goods and Chattles  Conditionally that if he do not
make his personall appearance at the next County Court to be held for the Said County
the third tuesday in August next to Testify the truth of his knowledge in behalf of
his Said Lordship against Thomas Clark then this Recognizance to be void otherways to
Continue in full force & Virtue                                            Henry Evans

    And at this Court to wit the third tuesday in Nov.r being the Sixteenth day of Said
Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty one  The afd The afd George Macay being
Solemnly called came not but made Default

            The Same Continued untill Next Court being the third tuesday in March
   
    Ordered by this Court That the afd Thomas Clark enter into Recognizance for his
appearance to next Court w.th Sufficient Surety

    Thereupon the Same Thomas Clarke in his proper person here in Court cometh
and acknowledge himself indebted To the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of
five pounds Sterl to be paid to his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors and to be
made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that
by the afd Thomas Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be
held for Said County on the third tuesday in March next then and there to answer unto
what Should be objected against him on his Ldships behalf and in the mean time he is
to be of good behav.r wherewith he acknowledges himself Content

    At the same time Came John Demster of Queen Anns County Gent. ind.
present in Court in his proper person do come and Acknowledge himself indebted to
the Right Honrble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds Sterl to be paid to his
Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors to be made and Leveyed on his body
goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Thomas
Clark Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held
for Said County on the third tuesday in March next  Then and there to answer
unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lord Ships behalf and in
the mean time the Same Thomas Clark is to be of good behav.r wherewith
the Same John Demster acknowledges himself to be Content
