Kent County fs.t Be it Remembered that on the
fourteenth day of July Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and
thirty & one Thomas Clark of the Same County planter
personally appeared before me one of the Justices of the Right Hon.ble
the Lord prop.ry the peace in the County afd to keep assigned and acknowledged
himself to Stand Justly indebted unto the Same Lord prop.ry in the Sum
of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine to be made and
leveyed of his body goods & Chattles Lands & Tenements for the
use of the Said Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors upon
Conditionall that if the Same Thomas Clarke Shall not
makes his personall appearance before the Justices of the Same
County Court at a Court to be held for Said County at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday
of August next ensuing to answer unto what Shall then and there
by the Same Court as part of the Said Lord prop.ry be objected
against him and that if in the mean time he Shall not keep the peace and be of
good behav.r &c.a  And also on the Same fourteenth day of July William Burk and Stephen Myres
came before me the Said Justice and did Severally acknowledge themselves to be respectively
indebted unto the Same Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling money afd each to
be levyed as afd for the use afd upon the Same Condition above Specified  Test Henry Evans

    And now here at the third tuesday in Nov.r being the Sixteenth day of Said Month and
appeared to the afd Recognizance and prayd the Same might be Dishc.d  Ordered by the
Court here that the Same be Disch.d  The Same Recognizance of the afd Thomas
Clarke is by this Court here discharged as also William Burk and Stephen
Miers are also discharged by this Court

    Kent County fs Be it Remembered that on the fourteenth day of July Anno
Domini one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one George Maca came before me
