of felony ^Jn.o Brown & M.r Geo Skirven as afd^ The Grand Jury returnd Same which is as
foll. viz.t  Kent County fs The Jurors for the right honourable
the Lord prop.ry that now is for the body of Kent County upon their Oath do present
that Robert English late of Shrewsbury parish in the County afd Labourer the
tenth day of October Anno Domini Seventeen hundred thirty & one with force and
Arms at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicion of this Court one
mane coat made of Duroys of the value of two hundred pounds of Tobacco of
the goods and Chattles of James Strahane then and there being found then an
there feloniously did Steal take and bear away Contrary to the peace of the
Said Lord proprietary his good rule and Government and against the form of the
Act of Assembly in Such Case lately made & provided

Lord propry that now is for the body of Kent County upon their Oath do present that Benoni
Williams late of S.t pauls parish in the County afd the Servant of William Boyer
the tenth day of September Anno Domini Seventeen hundred thirty and one
with force and Arms at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicion of
this Court one Dory of the Value of one hundred pounds of tobacco and one linnen
Sail belonging to the Same Dory of the value of one hundred pounds of Tobacco
of the goods and Chattles of Stephen Thomas then and there being found then and
there feloniously did Steal take and bear away contrary to the peace of the Said
Lord proprietary his good rule and Government and against the form of the
Act of Assembly in Such case lately made and provided    T francis Cler. pac.

                                The Same bill was endorsed viz.t A True bill p Sam.l Wickes
                                                                                                    foreman

    And the afd Benoni Williams in his proper person cometh and Saith that
he is in no Sort guilty of the premisses above upon him Imposed as by
