250                                November Court 1731

being Suspected of felony and House breaking is by this Court  Ordered into
the Custody of Joseph Young Gent. Sherrife of the afd County to be kept by him
in Safe Custody untill the next Provinciall Court and there to be Delivered up to
the Same Court to Answer the afd offence        Ordered by the Court that
Cap.t William Fletcher being present in Court enter into Recognizance
for his appearance at the next provinciall Court as prosecutor against
the afd William Coughlan            Thereupon the Same William
Fletcher being present in Court in his proper person and acknowledged
himself Indebted to his Lord Ship the Lord proprietarie of the province
of Maryland in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great
Brittaine to be paid to his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors to be
leveyed on his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally
That if he the Same William Fletcher Shall not make his personall
appearance at the next prov.ll Court to be held for the afd province and
at the Same Court to prosecute on his Lord Ships behalf the afd William
Coughlan  Wherewith the afd William Fletcher acknowledges himself
to be therewith Content

    Ordered by the Court that Mich.l Byrn enter into Recognizance
with Suretys for his appearance at the next provinciall Court as an Evidence
on his Lord Ships behalf against the afd William Coughlan

    Thereupon the Same Michael Byrn being present in Court in his prop.r
person acknowledged himself Indebted to his Lord Ship the Lord proprietarie
of the province of Maryland in the Sum of ten pounds sterling money of
Great Brittaine to be paid to his Said Lord Ship his heirs and Successors to be
leveyed on his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if
he the Same Mich.l Byrne Shall not make his personall appearance
at the next prov.ll Court to be held for the afd province and at the Same
Court to give Evidence on his Said Lord Ships behalf against the afd
William Coughlan wherewith the afd Mich.l Byrne acknowledges himself
to be therewith Content

    Also at the Same Court came George Wilson and Charles Hynson of
the afd County Gentl present in Court in their proper persons and
acknowledged themselves Indebted to his Lord Ship the Lord proprietarie
of the province of Maryland in the Sum of five pounds Sterling money
of great Brittaine Each to be paid to his Said Lord Ship his heirs and
Successors to be Leveyed on there Goods and Chattles Lands and
