249 is disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary Also Henry Munk of Said County his Recognizance as afd is by this Court here disch.d M.r Charles Hynson Sworn as an Evid.c against Same to the Grand Jury And the Grand Jury returns a bill against Same Signed a true bill p Sam.l Wickes foreman And to which the Same William app.rs and Stands not guilty &c.a Ordered by the Court here that the Sheriffe of Kent County keep the afd William Blake in Safe Custody untill he Shall give Security to answ.r the Same at the next County Court Thereupon came into Court Henry Munk of Kent County in the province afd planter and Acknowledged himself Indebted tot he Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling to be paid to his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd William Blake Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in March next then and there to answer unto what Shall be Leveyed against him on his Lordships behalf on the afd Indictm.t of felony and in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour wherewith he acknowledges himself Content
of the Said County Labourer came before me one of his Lord Ships the Lord prop.ry Justices of the Said County and acknowledged himself indebted to his Said Lord Ship in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on his Lands & Tenements goods & Chattles to the use of the Said Lord prop.ry Conditionally that if he do make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for this County the third tuesday of Nov.r next and give Evidence in behalf of his Said Lord Ship against William Coughlan then this recognizance to be void otherways to be in full force & Vertue C.s Hynson And now here at this Court to wit at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in November being the Sixteenth day of Said Month Anno Domini one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one came the afd Mich.l and in his proper pson appeared and prayd that the Recognizance afd might be disch.d Ordered by the Court here that the Same Recognizance be disch.d Thereupon the Same Recogniz.c is by this Court here discharged
