on his Lordship And now here the afd Richard having appeared his recognizance and his suretys recognizance be Discharged &c.a Richard Poolman of Kent County Labourer at the day and year afd before the afd John Evans Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds Sterl money to be made & Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal app.c before the Justices of this to Answer unto what shall be Objected against him on His Lordship and if that in the mean time he Shall not be of good behavour And now here at this day to wit the 20.th day of August Anno Dom. 1728 The afd Rich.d having appeared his recognizance is Discharged Henry Cully and John Harris both of Kent County Innholders before the afd John Evans Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds Sterl money to be made & Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he ^the afd Rich.d^ should not make his personall app.c before the Justices of this Court to answer unto what shall be Objected against him on his Lordship behalf And that if in the mean time he shall not be of good behavour and now at this Court to wit the 20.th day of August August Anno Dom. 1728 The afd Richard having appeared the said Henry Cully and John Harris their recognizance & either of them is Discharged &c.a
