shall be Objected against him on his Lordship behalf on Suspition of felony And now here the afd Bowles having appeared his recognizance and his Suretys Recognizance be Discharged Bowles Green of Kent County Labourer at the day and year afd before the afd John Evans Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds Sterling money of great brittain to be made and Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he should not make his personall appearance before the Justices of this Court to Answer unto what shall be Objected against him on his Lordship behalf on Suspition of felony and if that in the mean time he should not be of good behavour And now at this Court to wit this 20.th day of August Anno Dom. 1728 the afd Bowles Green having appeared his recognizance is Discharged Daniel Flinn and Edward Rogers both of Kent County planters and present the day the day and year afd before the afd M.r John Evans Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds Sterl money each to be made and Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Bowles Green should not make his personall appearance before the Justices of this Court to answer unto what shall be Objected against him on his Lordships behalf on suspition of felony And if that in the mean time he should not be of Good behav.r And now at this Court to wit the 20.th day of August Anno Dom.n 1728 The afd Bowles Green having appeared the said Dan.l Flinn & Edward Rogers their recog.c is Discharged |
