    Ordered by the Court that M.r Tench Francis Clk Indictments of this Court
Exhibit an Information against the afd John Davison for Commiting fornication
with a Certain Rachel Middleton

Kent County fs Be it remembred that on the Eleventh
day of September Anno Domini one thousand Seven hundred and
thirty one came William Blake of the Said County Labourer
before me one of his Lord Ships the Lord prop.rys Justices of
the Said And Acknowledged himself Indebted to his Said Lord Ship in the Sum of twenty
pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on his Lands and Tenements goods and Chattles
for the use of the Same Lord prop.ry  Conditionall that if he do make his
personall appearance at the next Court to be held for the Said County the third Tuesday
of November next and answer unto the felonious taking Sundry good for
Certain William Sowerby and Stand and Abide the Determination of the
Said Court therein then this Recognizance to be void otherwise to be in full
force & Virtue

Tenements goods and Chattles to the use of his Lord Ship Conditionally
that if William Blake of the afd County Labourer do make his personall
appearance at the next County Court to be held for this County the third

the Said Court therein this Recognizance to be void otherwise to be in

Recognizance might be disch.d  Ordered by the Court here that the Same
Recognizance be disch.d  Thereupon the Same William Blakes Recogniz.c
