and thirty one  The afd John Davison being called came and in his proper
person appeared  And was by the Same Court Ordered to enter into Recognizance
with Security for his appearance at the next County Court to Answer
the afd Information &c.a    Thereupon came the Same John Davison
late of Kent County in the province Maryland planter and in his proper
person acknowledged himself Indebted to the right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry
in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling to be paid to the Same Lord prop.ry
his heirs and Successors to be made and Leveyed on his body Goods and
Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he the Same John
Davison Shall not make his personall appearance at the next County Court
to be held at our Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the
third tuesday in March next to answer unto what Shall be objected against
him on his Lord Ships behalf on an Information against him in the Same
County Court for Committing fornication with a Certain Rachel Middleton
and begitting a bastard Child with the afd Rachel and in the mean time to be
of good behaviour wherewith the Same John Davis acknowledged himself
to be therewith Content        Likewise at the Same Court came
John Crackneale and John Camble of Kent County planters and in their
proper person did acknowledge themselves Indebted to the Right Hon.rble
the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling Each to be paid to the
Same Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors and to be made and Leveyed
on their bodys Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements  Conditionally
that if he the Same John Davison Shall not make his personall
appearance at the next County Court to be held at our Court House
in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March
