appearance at next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in March
next to answ.r unto an Indictm.t of assault on the afd Mathias Day and in the
mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherewith he acknowledges

    Ordered by the Court here that M.r Joseph Young Sherf of Kent
County keep Joseph Mann in Custody untill he Shall give Surety
for his appearance as an Evid.c against Same to next Court &c.a

    And the afd Joseph Mann of Kent County Acknowledged himself
indebted to the Right Honrble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds
Sterling to be paid to his Said Ldship his heirs and Successors and to be
made and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the
next Court as an Evidence for his Lord Ship to testifie on the afd
Indictm.t against the afd William Chorom wherewith he acknowledges
