his appearance at this Court to answer unto what shall be Objected against him on his Lordship behalf on suspition of Intended Murther and now here the afd Walther having appeared his recogniz.c & his Suretys recognizance be Discharged Walther Freestone of Kent County Labourer at the day and year afd before the afd M.r John Evans and M.r George Skirven Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in this sum of fifty pounds sterling money of great Brittain to be made and Leveyed &c Conditionally that if he should not make his personall appearance before the Justices of this Court to Answer unto what shall be Objected against him on Suspition of Indended Murther & if that in the mean time he should not be of good behavour and now at this Court to wit the 20.th day of August Anno Dom Seventeen hundred twenty & eight the afd Walther having appeared his recognizance is Discharged &c.a Daniel Perkins of Kent County Millwright & James Smith of the afd County Gentl. before the afd John Evans and George Skirven Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sum of twenty five pounds Sterl money each to be made and Levyed &c.a Conditionally that if he should not make his personall appearance before the Justices of this Court to Answer unto what shall be Objected against him on Suspition of Intended Murther if that in the mean time he should not be of good behavour & now at this Court to wit the twentieth day of August Anno Dom 1728 the afd Walther Freestone having appeared the said Dan.l Perkins & James Smith their recog.c is Discharged |
