Jane Kennard
 for as much as the afd Jane hath Confest to the Indictm.t of assalt
as may Av.r fo 17:  The court then ordered that she Should give
Security for Appearance and good behav.r to the then next Court
Thereupon Came into Court Nathaniel Kennard husband of
the afd Jane and Acknowledged himselfe Indebted to his Lordship the Right Hon.ble
the Lord proprietarie of this province his heirs & successors in the Sum of ten
pounds Sterl mony of Great Brittaine to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattles Lands
and Tenements Conditionally that if the Said Jane Shall not make her personall
appearance at the then next Court to be held for Said County of the Court House in the
Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in November next And in the mean
time She is to be of good behaviour wherewith he Acknowledges himselfe Content
