217 for the Said Lord prop.ry and due process of Law against the afd William Tidmarsh in this part to Issue to Answer to the Said Lord prop.ry of and upon the premisses &c.a T francis Cler. pac. Test Xtian Culley And the afd William Tidmarsh in his proper person cometh and Saith that he is in no Sort guilty of the premisses above upon him Imposed as by the afd Information it is alledged And thereof he putteth himself upon the Country &c.a William Tidmarsh in p.r p.a And he who followeth for the Lord prop.ry in like manner Saith he is guilty T francis p Ld p.ry Thereupon Command was given to the Sheriffe of Kent County that he Immediately cause to come here twelve &c.a By whom &c.a who neither &c.a To Recognize &c.a Because as well &c.a Off which Said precept the Said Sherf to wit Joseph Young Gent now here at this day to with the third tuesday in June being the fifteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty one makes return that he hath here ready twelve &c.a as by s.d precept he was Commanded And now here afterwards to wit the day and year last mentioned came againe the afd Ld prop.ry by his Attry afd and the afd William Tidmarsh in his proper person And the Jurors of that Jury being Impanneld and called likewise came to wit Robert Dunn George Griffith Philip David John James John Williams John Dening John Hurt Thomas Massey William Sincocks Christopher Bellican Sam.l Tovey John Browning who being duely elected tryd and Sworn to say the truth in the premisses upon their Oaths do Say that the afd William Tidmarsh is not guilty as by the Information afd it is alledged and by Robert Dunn there foreman all So Say Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June being the fifteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty one That the afd William Tidmarsh as to the afd Information he go thereof without day and that he be therefrom Acquitt And that he pay the Sum of Seven hundred fifty Six pounds of Tobacco cost accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court &c.a
