June Court 1731 And now here at this Court came the afd William Tidmarsh and in his proper person appears to the afd Recognizance and prayd he might be disch.d Ordered by the Court here That the Same be disch.d Thereupon the Same Recognizances by this Court here disch.d there being no cause to the Contrary Shewn Ordered by the Court here That the Same William Tidmarsh again enter unto Recognizance for his appearance any time during the Courts Sitting be disch.d &c.a And thereupon the Same William Tidmarsh in his proper person comes in Court and Acknowledged himself Indebted to his Ld Ship in the Sum of five pounds Sterling to be paid to his s.d Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he Shall not make his personall appearance any time during this Courts Sitting to Answer unto Information an assault of the afd Christian Cully and to be of Good behav.r wherewith he Acknowledges himself Content And now here afterwards came the afd William Tidmarsh againe and in his proper person ap.rd to the afd Recognizance and prayd he might be disch.d from the Same Ordered by the Court here that the Same Recogniz.c be disch.d as prayd Thereupon the Same Recognizance is by this Court here disch.d there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary Kent County fs Memorandum that Tench Francis Gent attorney of the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry that now is for the County afd who for the Court before William Frisby Esq.r and his associates his Lordships Justices of the Same County Court to wit at Chester Town in the afd County the fifteenth day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty and one and for the Same Lord prop.ry doth give the Court here to Understand and be informed that William Tidmarsh of S.t Pauls Parish in the County afd Innholder the Seventh day of Aprill Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty & one at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicion of this Court in and upon Christian Cully the wife of Henry Cully in the peace of God and of the Said Lord prop.ry then and there being with force & Arms an assault did make and her the Said Christian then and there did beat wound & evilly treat so that of her life it was much despaired and other harms to her then and there did to the great Damage of the Said Christian and against the peace of the Said Lord prop.ry his good rule & Government &c.a Wherefore the afd Attorney prayeth the advice of the Court here in the Premisses |
