And the afd William Tidmarsh in his proper person cometh and Saith that he is
in no Sort guilty of the premisses above upon him imposed as by the afd
Information it is alledged and thereof he putteth himself upon the Country

    And he who followeth for the Lord prop.ry in like manner Saith he is
guilty

    After which againe cometh the afd William Tidmarsh and withdraws
his plea afd as above pleaded  And now Saith that he cannot
gainsay the Information afd So as afd against him brought nor but that
he is guilty of the premisses above upon him imposed as by the afd
Indictment it is alledged and thereupon Submits to the Court  Therefore
it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at the Court House in the
Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in Same being the
fifteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty
one  That the afd William Tidmarsh pay the Sum of five hundred
pounds of Tobacco for the use of his Lord Ship &c.a as a fine for Commiting
the offence afd as afd Confest  And also pay the Sum of three
hundred and thirteen pounds of Tobacco Costs accrueing on the premisses
afd to the officers of this Court

    Ordered by the Court here That Joseph Young Sherf of Said County
keep the afd William Tidmarsh in Safe Custody untill the fine afd
Shall be paid &c.a

thousand Seven hundred and thirty one then personally
appeared William Tidmarsh before me one of his Ld
Ships the Lord proprietarys Justices of the Said County and Acknowledged
himself to Stand Justly Indebted to the Same Lord prop.ry in the Sum of
twenty pounds Sterling on his Lands and Tenements goods and Chattles to be
made and Leveyed Conditionally that the Same William do make
his personall appearance at the next County Court to be held for the
afd County the third tuesday in June next and answer unto an assault on
a Certain Christian Culley in the mean time to keep the peace and be of
good Behaviour then this Recognizance to be void
