Ann Lewis being An Evidence against the afd Philip Carrol comes into Court and
being Sworn Saith that She attended two days this Court as an Evidence in the
cause his Ld Ship against the afd Philip        Ordered by the Court here That the
afd Philip pay the Sum of Sixty pounds of Tobacco to the afd Ann Lewis for
her Attendance as afd &c.a

    Ann Stirgis being an Evidence against the afd Philip Carrol comes into Court
and being Sworn Saith that She attended this Court one day as an Evidence in the
cause his Lord Ship against the afd Philip    Ordered by the Court here that
the afd Philip pay the Sum of thirty pounds of Tobacco to the afd Ann Stirgis
for her Attendance as afd &c.a

    Ordered That War.t be made out for John Crackneale to be brought before
this Court with a Serv.t woman of his War.t & Sumons be made out

 Information for marrying out of the province who entered
into Recognizance at last Court for his appearance to this
Court to Answer the Same  And now at this Court came the
afd Charles and in his proper person appeared to the Same
Ordered by the Court here that the Same Recognizance be disch.d  Thereupon
in Same Recognizance is the Sum of ten Thousand pounds of Tobacco
to ap.r and answ.r as afd is disch.d there being no cause to the Contrary Shewn

    Ordered by the Court here that the same Charles Smith enter into recogniz.c
for his appearance to next Court to answer unto the afd Information

    Thereupon the Same Charles Smith in his proper person now here at this
Court came to wit at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the
third tuesday in June being the fifteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen
hundred and thirty one and Acknowledged himself Indebted to the Right Hon.rble
the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of ten Thousand pounds of Tobacco to be paid to his
Said Lord Ship hid heirs and Successors to be made and Leveyd on his goods &
Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he the Same Charles Shall
not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said
County on the third tuesday in August next then to Answer unto A Certain
Information against him for Marying out of the province wherewith he
Acknowledges himself Content                And Thereupon the Same Information
was Continued untill next Court
