he immediately cause to come here twelve &c.a by whom &c.a who neither &c.a to
Recognize &c.a because as well &c.a of which Said precept the Said Sherf to wit
Joseph Young Gent now here at this day to wit the third tuesday in June being
the fifteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. One Thousand Seven hundred and
thirty one makes return that he hath here ready twelve &c.a as by his precept
he was Commanded And now here afterwards to wit the day and Year last mentioned
Came againe the afd The Ld prop.ry by Tench Francis his Clark of the
Indictments and Philip Carrol in his proper person and the Jurors of that Jury
being Impannelled and Called likewise came to wit Robert Dunn Benjamin
Griffith Philip Davis John James John William John Doning John Hurt Thom.s
Massey William Sincocks Christopher Bellican Sam.l Tovey and John Browning
who being duely Elected tryd and Sworn to Say the truth in the premisses upon
their Oath do Say Philip Caroll is guilty of the fornication afd as by the
afd Indictment is alledged and by Robert Dunn their foreman all So Say

    Therefor it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at the Court
House in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June
being the fifteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty
one That the afd Philip Carrol pay the Sum of Six hundred pounds of Tob.o
it being a fine &c.a for Committing the fornication afd (according to the verdict of
the Juros afd) And also pay the Sum of Thirteen hundred Eighty three
pounds of Tobacco Costs accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this
Court &c.a  Ordered by the Court here that Security be gave for
the fine & fees afd Philip Carrol amounting to the Sum of
Nineteen hundred and Eighty three pounds of Tobacco and
thereupon the Same Philip is therefrom disch.d &c.a

    Margret Falconar being an Evidence against the afd Philip Carrol
comes into Court and being Sworn Saith that She Attended this Court
three days as an Evidence in the Cause his Ldship ag.st the afd Philip

    Ordered by the Court here That the afd Philip pay the Sum of
Ninety pounds of Tobacco fee to the afd Margret Falconar for
her Attendance as afd &c.a
