Committing the assault afd And also the Sum of one hundred ninety two pounds
of Tobacco Cost Accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court

Kent County Be it Remembered that on the twenty Eighth
day of May Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred thirty
one James Stout personally appeared before me one of
the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.rys Justices of the Said County
and acknowledged himself Indebted to the Said Lord prop.rys In the Sum of twenty
pounds Sterling to be Levey'd on his lands and Tenements goods and Chattles
Conditionally that if he do and Shall make The personall appearance at
the next County Court to be held for the Said County the third tuesday in June
next and Answer unto all Such things as Shall be objected against him on
behalf of the Said Lord prop.ry and in the mean time to keep the peace
and be of good Behaviour to all his Lord Ships people then this recognizance
to be void

Blackiston personally appeared before me one of the right Honourable the
Lord prop.rys Justices of the Said County and acknowledged himself Indebted
to the Said Lord prop.ry in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling to be Leveyed
on his lands and tenements goods & Chattles Conditionally that if James
Stout do and Shall make his personall appearance at the next County
Court to be held for the Said County the third tuesday in June next and
answer unto all Such things as Shall be objected against him on behalf
of the Lord prop.ry and in the mean time to keep the peace and be of good
Behaviour to all his Said Lordships people then this Recognizance to
be Void

    And now here at this Court to wit on the third tuesday in June being the
fifteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty
one Came the afd James and in his proper person appeared to
the afd Recognizance and prayed the Same might be disch.d
Ordered by the Court here that the Same be disch.d  Thereupon
the Same James Stouts Recognizance is Disch.d there being no
cause Shewn to the Contrary

    M.r Ebenez.r Blackiston Surety as afd his Recognizance is by
this Court here disch.d
