201 Henry Shewit is disch.d &c.a And now here at the Same Court the day last mentioned came John Inch and app.rs to his Recognizance as afd and prays the Same may be disch.d Ordered by the Court here that the Same be disch.d as prayd Thereupon Same Recognizance is disch.d as afd prayd And now here at the Same Court the day last mentioned came Roger Steen of Said County and Appears to his Recognizance as afd and prays the Same may be disch.d Ordered by the Court here that the Same be disch.d Thereupon the Same Recognizance is disch.d as afd prayd John Inch and Roger Steen Sworn for his Lordships to the Grand Jury ag.st the afd Henry Shewit And a bill of Indictment be sent against Same to the Grand Jury which is as foll. to wit Kent County fs The Jurors for the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry that now is for the body of Kent County afd upon their Oath do present that Henry Shewitt Late of Shrewsbury parish in the County afd labourer the tenth day of Aprill Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty and one with force and Arms at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court half a bushel of wheat of the value of twenty pounds of Tobacco of the goods and Chattles of a Certain John Inch then and there being found then and there feloniously did Steal take and bear away Contrary to the peace of the Said Lord prop.ry that now is his good rule and Government and against the form of the Act of Assembly in Such case lately made and provided &c.a Test John Inch Roger Steen T francis The Same was endorst Ignoramus p Edw.d Worrell foreman
