Kent County fs The Jurors for the Right Hon.rble the Lord
prop.ry that now is for the Body of Kent County afd upon
their Oath do present That Edmund Hogerty late of S.t
pauls parish in the County afd Yeoman the tenth day of
Septemb.r Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty with force and arms at
the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicon of this Court one horse
bell of the Value of Sixty pounds of Tobacco and one leath.r Collar of the
Value of ten pounds of Tobacco of the goods and Chattles of a Certain
Thomas Husbands then and being found then and there feloniously did Steal
take and bear away Contrary to the peace of the Said Lord prop.ry that now is
his good rule and Government and against the form of the Act of Assembly
in Such case lately made and provided

by the Court here That the Same be disch.d  The Same Edmund Hogerty
his recognizance at the day afd Ent.rd in recog.c in the Sum of five pounds
Sterl. for his app.rc & Good behav.r to this Court to answ.r unto what
Should be objected ag.st him on his Lordships behalfe  The Same is by
