153 that if ^he^ the afd Nathaniel Shall not keep the County from any charge that may accrue to the County on acco.t of the Child that was deliverd of the afd Eliz.a Davis and thereupon he acknowledges himselfe Content And at the Same time came Samuel Wickes foreman of Said County and acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sume of two thousand five hundred pounds of Tob.o to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Nath.l Miller Shall not be the Child from any charge that may accrue by the afd Child that was del.rd of the afd Eliz.a Davis wherewith the afd Samuel Wickes acknowledges himselfe Content
to the right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sume of fifty pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heires and Successors Conditionally that if the Said Mary Toby Shall not app.r at any time dureing this Courts Sitting and in the mean time She is to be of good behaviour wherewith the afd Laughlin acknowledges himselfe Content After which came the afd Mary Toby and appeared to the afd Recognizance ordered by the Court here That the Same be Disch.d The afd Laughlin Flinn Recognizance as afd is by this Court here disch.d no person Shewing any cause to the Contrary On Suspicon of perjury Tench Francis Clk of the Indictments of this Court prays that the afd Mary may be bound to the next assizes to be held for Said County is Ordered And to give Security for her appearance at the Same Assizes to answ.r the Said Crime And to be of good behav.r &c.a And Thereupon comes into Court afd Laughlin Flinn of the Same County Inholder and in his proper person and acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterl to be Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Mary Toby Shall not make her personall appearance at the next assizes to be held for Said Coty to answ.r unto what Shall be objected against her on his Lord Ship's behalfe and that in the mean time She wherewith the Said Laughlin Flinn acknowledges himselfe Content
