    The Court here for Kent County in the Court House in y.e town of
Chester in Said County on the Third tuesday in August being y.e Eighteenth
day of said month Anno Dom Seventeen hundred & thirty In y.e Instant
of care of y.e Dom of Charles Absolute Absolute Lord & prop.ry of y.e provinces of
Maryland And Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a                                    (The Same
Court Continued the Nineteenth twentieth and twenty first days of Said Month)

 Kent County fs  The Jurors of the right hon.ble the
Lord propry that now is for the body of Kent County afd on
their Oath do present that Margret Flinn late of S.t pauls
Parish in the County afd the wife of Laughlin Flinn of the
Same Parish and County Innholder the tenth day of Feb.r
Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred twenty and Nine at the Parish afd in the County afd within
the Jurisdiction of this Court with force and Armes Seven Yards of Muslin of the Value of
fifty pounds of tobacco each Yard and two pairs of womens gloves of the the Value
of twenty pounds of Tob.o each pair of the goods and Chattles of a Certain William
Murphey then and there being found then and there feloniously did Steal take and bear
away Contrary to the Peace of the Said Lord propry that now is his Good Rule and
Governm.t and against the form of the Act of Assembly in Such Case lately made &
provided &c.a

    And the afd Margret Flinn in her proper person cometh and Saith that She is in
no Sort guilty of the premisses above upon her imposed as by the afd Indictm.t it is
alledged and thereof She putteth herselfe upon the Country  Margret Flinn in p.r pson
And he who followeth for the Lord prop.ry in like manner Saith She is guilty

    Thereupon Command was given to y.e Sherf of Kent County that he Immediately cause
to come here twelve By whom &c.a Who neither &c.a to Recognize &c.a Because as well &c.a of
which said precept the Said Sherf to wit Joseph Young Gent now here at this day to wit
the Eighteenth day of August Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred & thirty makes return
that he hath here ready twelve &c.a as by his pcept he was Commanded And now here afterwards
to wit the day & year last mentioned came again the afd L.d prop.ry by Tench
Francis his prosecutor and the afd Margret Flinn in her proper person and the jurors of that
Jury being Impannelled and called Likewise came to wit Samuel
