147 use of his S.d Lordship his heires & Successors Conditionally that if he did not appear On Tuesday the 22.d Instant June to Answ.r unto what Should be objected against him on Suspicon of felony And also before the Same Justice Henry Trulock and William Carter his Suretys entered into Recognizance in the Sume of five pounds Sterl Each to be Leveyed as afd Conditionally that if the Said Thomas Travice Should not Appear on monday the 22.d of this Instant June to Answ.r unto what Should be objected against him on Suspicon of felony And at the afd Court The Same orders that the Same Thomas be called to appear to the afd Recognizance Proclamation being made and the afd Thomas Travice being Solemnly called to appear according to the ten.r of his Recognizance to save the forfeiture of the Same as also his Suretys for his appearance The Same Thomas Travice being Solemnly called as afd but makes default neith.r do any pson come and Shew cause why the Sume Should not be forfeited Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at the Court house in the Town of Chest.r in Said County on the Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty That the afd Thomas Travice his Recognizance in the Sum of tenn pds Sterl And the afd Henry Trulock and William Carter in the Sume of five pounds Sterl Each to be all forfeited to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors &c.a |
