149 Wickes Edward Worrell Hance Hanson Benjamin Griffeth W.m Smuthers Edwd Cowarding John Cleaver Dan.l Hull Abraham Ambrose Charles Smith Sam.l Groome & John Rolphe who being duely elected tryd & Sworn to Say the truth in the premisses upon their Oath do Say Margret Flinn is not guilty of the felony wherewith She Stands Indicted and by Samuel Wickes there foreman all So Say Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit At the Court House in the Town of Chest.r in Said County on the third tuesday in Aug.st being the Eighteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty That the afd Margret Flinn as to the Indictment afd She go thereof without day and be therefrom acquitted Also it is Considered that the afd Margret Flinn pay the Sume of Eleven hundred twenty eight pounds of Tobacco Cost accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court Jam.s Smith Clk Ordered by the Court here that Security be gave for the afd fees to the officers of this Court Thereupon Laughlin Flinn of Said County here in Court came And in his proper person Saith that he will pay all fees to y.e officers of this Court accrueing from his wife on the premisses afd And thereupon the afd Margret is therefrom Acquit The afd Margret at last June Court being obliged to give Security for appearance to this Court &c.a The Same Now appears and is prayd that the Securitys Recognizance for appearance may be Dishc.d Ord.rd by this Court here that the Same Recognizance be disch.d as prayd no p.rson shewing any cause to the Contrary Laughlin Flinn at last June County on the ent.rd into Recogn.c in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterl for his s.d wifes appearance to this Court to Answ.r unto a Certain Indictm.t of felony of Stealing Seven Yards Muslin & two pair womens Gloves y.e Goods & Chattles of a Certain William Murphey & in the mean time She was to be of good behav.r &c.a The Court here discharges the Same A Certain Mary Tobee at last June Court as an Evid.c against the afd Marg.t in y.e afd Cause was obliged to give Security for her appearance to this Court &c.a The Same now appears it is prayd that the Securitys Recognizance for her app.r may be disch.d Ordered by the Court here that the Same be disch.d as prayd no person shewing any cause to the Contrary Laughlin Flinn at last Court afd ent.rd into Recognizance in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterl for the said Mary Tobees appearance to this Court to give Evid.c in his Ldship behalfe to wit the afd Margret Flinn in the afd Cause This Court here discharged the Same A Certain William Murphey at last June Court as an Evid.c against the afd Margret Flinn in the afd cause was obliged to give Security for her appearance to this Court &c.a The afd William now appears and prays his Recognizance and his Suretys may be disch.d Ordered by the Court here that the Same Recognizances be Disch.d & prayed William Murphey give his Recognizance in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl and Henry Culley in tenn pounds Sterl for his appearance & by this Court here disch.d &c.a
