discharges the Same No pson Shewing any cause to y.e Contrary Also at the Same time John Macdouggall and Thomas Marcy Ent.rd into Recognizance in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterl Each for the Appearance of the Same Mary there Recognizances is disch.d also The afd Mary Stewart is ordered by the Court here to enter into Recogniz.c for her ap.rc to next Court to Answ.r &c.a with Suretys The afd Mary Stewart in her proper person comes into Court and Acknowledges herselfe indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord propry in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on her body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally that if She Shall not appear at the next Court to be held for said County on the third tuesday in Aug.st next to answer unto a Certain Indictment now in Court of fornication and in the mean time She is to be of good behav.r At the Same time came John Macdouggall and Thomas Marcy both of Said County planters and in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord propry in the Sum of five pounds Sterl Each to be Leveyed on their bodys goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Mary Stewart Shall not appear at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in August next ensueing to answer unto the afd Indictment of fornication and in the mean time She is to be of good behav.r wherewith they the Said John & Thomas acknowledges themselves Content
each to be made and Leveyed &c.a for the use of his S.d Ldship his heires and Successors Conditionally That the Said John Camble was to Make his personall appearance at this Court And in the mean time he was to be of good behav.r &c.a The Court orders that the Same John Camble be called to app.r to the Same Recogniz.c Proclamation being made and the afd John Camble being Solemnly called to appear at this Court to Save the forfeiture of his Recogniz.c and his Suretys for his appearance The Same John Camble makes default neither do any person come and Shew cause: Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit the Sixteenth day of June Anno Dom.
