Thereupon the Same Dom.k in his p.rp.r pson came into Court and acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord propry in the Sum of five pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally that if he the Said Dom.k Shall not appear at any time dureing this Court Setting to answ.r unto what Shall be objected against him on his Ldships behalf concerning the Same assault ^to be of good behav.r^ wherewith he acknowledges himselfe Content Also at the Same time John James of the Same K.t County plant.r now into Court comes and in his proper pson acknowledges himselfe Indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pds Sterl to be Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heires and Success.rs Conditionally that if the Said Dom.k Shall not ap.r at any time dureing this Courts Setting to answ.r unto what Shall be objected against him on his Said Lord Ships behalfe concerning the afd assault and also in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherew.th y.e same John James Acknowledges himselfe Content After which the Same Dom.k in his proper p.rson ap.rd & prayd the Same Recognizance might be disch.d Ordered by the Court here that y.e Same be disch.d as prayd The afd Dominick Kenslagh his Recogniz.c in the afd Sume for his ap.rc as afd This Court here discharges the Same no p.rson Shewing any Cause to the Contrary Also John James afd his Surety in the Same Sum afd for him the s.d Dom.k app.rc as afd the Same Recognizance is by this Co.rt also disch.d
