 The Court being Informed of an assault committed in the Court Yard Ordered that war.t
be made and to the Sherf to bring the Said Dom.k to answ.r the Same The Sherf of
s.d County came afterwards and made return of his war.t Cepi and that he hath
ready before the Court the Same Dom.k  The Same Dom.k in his prop.r pson
appeared  And is Ordered by the Court here to ent.r into Recogniz.c for his app.rc during this Courts Setting

    Thereupon the Same Dom.k in his p.rp.r pson came into Court and acknowledged himselfe Indebted
to the Right hon.rble the Lord propry in the Sum of five pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on his body
goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally
that if he the Said Dom.k Shall not appear at any time dureing this Court Setting to answ.r unto what
Shall be objected against him on his Ldships behalf concerning the Same assault ^to be of good behav.r^ wherewith he
acknowledges himselfe Content

    Also at the Same time John James of the Same K.t County plant.r now into Court comes and in his proper
pson acknowledges himselfe Indebted to the Right hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pds
Sterl to be Leveyed on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lordship
his heires and Success.rs  Conditionally that if the Said Dom.k Shall not ap.r at any time dureing this Courts

Successors Conditionally that if the Said William Usher Shall not ap.r at any time during this Courts Setting to answer
unto what Shall be objected against him on his Said Lord Ships behalfe concerning the afd assault and also in
y.e mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherewith the Same Bartho Buxton acknowledges himselfe Content

    After which the Same William Usher in his proper pson ap.rd and prayd the Same Recognizance might be
disch.d  Ordered by the Court here that y.e Same be disch.d as prayd        The afd William Usher his
Recognizance taken as afd in the afd Sum for his appearance as afd This Court here discharges the Same
no pson Shewing any Cause to the Contrary  Also Bartholomew Buxton afd his Surety in the same Sum

Gilbert before the Court The Same Gilbert in his prop.r pson appeared And is Ordered by the
Court here to ent.r into Recogniz.c for his appearance during this Courts Setting
Thereupon is Commanded into the Sherfs Custody untill he Shall give Security as afd  And afterwards the
Same Gilbert Tate of Queen Anns County planter Acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right
hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sum of five pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on his body Goods and
