at last Court for his ap.rc to this Court is disch.d &c.a  M.r Joshua George in the Same Sum as his
Surety is by this Court here disch.d

    And now here at this day comes into Court the afd Laughlin Flinn and in his prop.r pson
acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the L.d propry in the Sum of twenty
pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on his body goods & Chattles Lands & Tenements to the use of his
Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally That if his wife the afd Margret Flinn
Shall not make her psonall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said Court on the
third tuesday in August then next ensueing to answer unto a Certain Indictm.t of felony now
in Court for Stealing Seven yards of Muslin and two pair womens Gloves the goods &
Chattles of a Certain William Murphey and in the mean time She is to be of good behav.r
wherewith the Same Laugh acknowledges himselfe to be Content
