and Arms in and upon a Certain Mary Wilmore in the Peace of God & by the Same Lord propry
then & there being an Assault did make and her the same Mary then and there did beat
wound & evilly treat So that of her life it was much dispaired and other harms to be
then & there did to the great great Damage of the Same Mary & Contrary to the peace of
the Same Lord p.ry that now is his good Rule & Governm.t &c.a

    And the afd Isabella Cook in her proper pson comes and Saith that She
cannot gainsay the Indictm.t afd So as afd against her brought nor but that She is
guilty of the assualt above alledged and thereupon Submits to the Court  Therefore
it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at the Court House in the Town of Chester
in Said County on the third tuesday in August June being the Sixteenth day of Said
Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty  That the afd Isabella Cook
pay the Sume of One hundred pounds of Tob.o ^by his S.d Ldship^ as a fine for Committing the assault
and also the S pay the Sume of One hundred Eighty two pounds of Tobacco Cost
accruing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court

Conditionally to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Success.rs Conditionally that
