June Court 1730 the afd Butler Hall in her proper person And the Jurors of that Jury being Impannelled and called likeways came to wit James Thomas Charles Smith John Cooper William Deane Jeremiah Covington James Ringgold Jun.r Nich.o Reyley George Skill John Tucker Henry Trulock Thomas Hatchenson & Thomas Husbands who being duely Elected tryd & Sworn to Say the truth in the pmises upon their Oath do Say That the afd Butler Hall is not guilty as She Stands Indicted and by James Thomas there foreman all So Say Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit At the Court House in the Town of Chest.r in Said County On the third Tuesday in June being the Sixteenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty That the afd Butler Hall as to the afd Indictm.t She go thereof without day and that She be therefrom Acquit According to the force form and effect of the Verdict of the Jurors afd and also it is Considerd by the Court here That She pay the Sume of Seven hundred Ninety Seven pds of Tob.o Costs accrueing on the premises afd to the officers of this Court Jam.s Smith Clk Ordered by the Court here that the Sherf of Kent County being p.rsent in Court keep the afd Butler Hall in his Custody untill the fees afd Shall be Satisfied That on the Eleventh day of May 1730 before M.r Charles Hynson one of the Justices of this County W.m Davis of Chest.r Town Ent.rd into Recog.c for y.e afd Butler Hall appearance at this Court The afd Butler Hall appears in her pp.r pson Ordered by the Court here that the afd W.m Davis's Recognizance be disch.d William Davis afd his Recognizance taken in the Sum of twenty pds Sterl to be Leveyd &c.a for the appearance of the afd Butler Hall at this Court and to answ.r unto what Should be objected against her on his Ldships behalfe and in the mean time She was to be of good behav.r and no p.rson Shewing any cause why the Same Should not be disch.d This Court here disch.d the Same That on y.e 11.th June 1730 before y.e Same Justice John Wilson ent.rd into Recog.c as p.rsecut.r on y.e afd Cause at this Court The afd John Wilson in his p.rp.r pson ap.rs Ordered by the Court here That the Same Recog.c be disch.d &c.a John Wilson afd his Recog.c being taken in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterl as p.rsecut.r ag.st the afd Butler Hall in the afd cause the Same is by this Court here disch.d &c.a
