that Butler Hall late of Saint Pauls Parish in Kent County
Spinster the tenth day of Aprill Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty
at the Parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicon of this Court one Linnen Shift of the
value of fifty pounds of Tobacco of the goods & Chattles of John Wilson then and there being
found then and there feloniously did Steal take and bear away Contrary to the peace of the
Said Lord propry his good rule & Governm.t and against the form of the Act of Assembly
in Such case made & provided &c.a

day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty and made return thereof to the Court
here that he hath here ready twelve as by his pcept he was Commanded And now here
