his Said war.t endorst Cepi And that he had the Said Thomas Gresham before the Court. And the afd Thomas in his proper pson appeared before the Court And by the Court it is Ordered that the Same Thomas enter into Recognizance for his appearance at any time dureing this Court Sitting and in the meant time he is to be of good behav.r &c.a And the afd Thomas Gresham in his proper person here present in Court comes and acknowledges himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord propry in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling money to be Leveyed on his Body Goods & Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally that if he Shall not make his psonall appearance at any time during this Courts Sitting and to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on Acco.t of an assault committed in the Court House Yard against a Certain William Haley and in the mean time he is to be of Good behaviour wherewith he acknowledged himselfe to be therewith Content
it up and run it to his face and told him the Said William he would whipp his dogg skinn with Severall other provoking words M.r Joseph Young of Said County being Sworn as afd Declares to the Same purpose On which this Court doth here order that the Same Thomas Gresham doth ent.r into recognizance for his appearance to next Court and in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r Thereupon the Same Thomas Gresham comes into Court and acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry in the Sume of fifty pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on his Body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally that if he the Same thomas Shall not make his personall appr.c at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in August next ensueing and that in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherewith he acknowledges himselfe Content At the SAme time came John Gresham of Said County Gent and here present in Court and Acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.rble his Lord propry in the Sume of fifty pounds Sterling to be Leveyed on his Body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements |
