Thereupon Laughlin Flinn of Kent County Inholder and present here in Court in his proper person doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of the Province Maryland in the sum of ten pounds Sterl money to be made & Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if the afd John should not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the then next Aug.st Court to answer unto what shall be Objected against him on his Lordship behalf & in the mean time to be of good behavour wherewith the afd Laughlin Flinn is Content
shall be Objected against her on his Lordship behalf & to where the afd Jane having appeared her recogniz.c & her Suretys recog.c be Discharged Thereupon Nath.ll Kennard and Joseph Everitt of Kent County planters and psent before the afd Justices in their proper persons doe Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Mary.l in the sum of ten pounds Sterl money to be made and Leveyed her personall appearance before the Justices of this Court to Answer unto what shall be Objected against her on his Lordship behalf And now at this Court to wit the |
