11 for his Lordship against the afd Sus.a Hill and now at this Day to wit the 18.th day of June Anno Dom 1728 the afd Mary Bevins having appeared the said John Young & Patrick Clark their Recognizance are Discharged &c.a
Thereupon John Ashley and John Sturges both of Kent County Planters and present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this Province of Maryl.d in the sum of ten pounds Sterl money each to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Sus.a Should not make her personall app.c before the first of the then next August Court to Answer unto what Shall be Objected against her on his Lordship behalf & in the mean time to be of good behavour wherewith the afd John Ashley & John Sturges and either of them are Content
Discharge If any Recog.c ag.st Ja.s Brewer as prosecutor should app.r thereafter the same to be Dish.d app.rd Ord.r & Discharge The Court Ord.rs the Constable to Deliver the sv.t in his Custody to James Brewer |
