13 the Eighteenth day of June Anno Dom 1728 The afd Jane having appeared the afd Nath.l Kennard & Joseph Everitt their Recognizance and either of them is Discharged &c.a Ordered by the Court here to wit the 18.th day of June in the year afd that the afd Jane give Security for her appearance and good behavour untill the then next August Court Thereupon Nath.l Kennard of Kent County Planter & Present here in Court in his Proper Person doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this Province of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Jane should not make her personall appear.c before the Justices of the then next August Court And in the mean time to be of good behavour wherewith the afd Nath.ll Kennard is Content
the punishment in the Judgment afd Specified and afterwards to bring her into Court again of which precept the said Sherf to wit John Gresham Gent high Sherf of Kent County makes return on the Day and year last said that he hath Executed the Judgment afd And also hath here the said Eliz.a before the Court Ordered by the Court there that the afd Eliz.th Walker serve her said Master at the Expiration of her Servitude the space of six months for the trouble & Disgrace of his house And Ordered by the Court that Jn.o Harris Master to the afd Eliz.th be allowed for the ____ of the afd Eliz.a's _____ _____ is made & Levey the sum of four hundred pounds of tob.o |
