114. To the grant and deed made and executed by Wilbur
P. Morgan and Lalagee D. Morgan, his wife, to the Nazareth
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore County, said deed
being dated February 21st, 1921, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. Ko. 3704,
folio 180.

115. To the grant and deed made and executed by the East-
ern District of the German Evangelical Lutheran Synod of
Missouri, Ohio and other States, of New York, to the Naza-
reth Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore County, said
deed being dated February 10th, 1922, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3829,
folio 225.

116. To the grant and deed made and executed by John H.
Roberts and Carrie Roberts, his wife, to the Nazareth Evangel-
ical Lutheran Church of Baltimore County; said deed being
dated February 10th 1922, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3829, folio
226.

117. To the bequest of one thousand dollars to the Official
Board of the Rogers Memorial M. E. Church, a religious body,
contained in the last will and testament of Thomas Eldridge
Stevens, late of Baltimore City, State of Maryland.

118. To the deed from the Mayor and City Council of Bal-
timore City in the State of Maryland to the Trustees of Keen
Memorial Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore City, a
corporation, a religious institution, which said property is
described in a deed from the said Mayor and City Council to
the said grantees dated December 20th, 1917, and recorded in
Liber S. C. L. No. 3178, folio 499, of the Land Records of
Baltimore City.

Approved April 13th, 1922.

AN ACT to prohibit the killing of wild turkeys in Garrett
County, Maryland, from June 1, 1922, until the 10th day
