deed to the said "Trustees of Ames Memorial Methodist Epis-
copal Church of Baltimore City, Incorporated," from Kate
Matthews conveying one lot of ground in said City of Balti-
more, described in a deed dated May 12, 1910, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 2580, folio 67, etc.

110. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Charles C. Gorsuch, late of Carroll County, Maryland,
of the sum of one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars to the Centen-
ary Methodist Episcopal Church, located in Westminster, Car-
roll County, Maryland, the said will and testament being pro-
bated July llth, 1921, and duly recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of said county in Liber W. A. No. 12, folio
399.

111. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of George Biddle, late of Cecil County, deceased, of rec-
ord in the office of the Register of Wills of Cecil County in
Liber L. No. 19, folio 476, one of the Will Record Books of
said Cecil County, to the Vestry of St. Stephens Church North
Sassasfras Parish, Cecil County, Maryland, of the farm known

as the "Davis Farm," situated near the town of Cecilton, Cecil
County, aforesaid, containing about 100 acres, to have and to
hold by them forever in trust for the said church, for the pur-
pose of paying the taxes on said farm, cultivating and keeping
it in good condition, and any and all balance above this if any
income from said farm to be used by said Vestry for the sole
and exclusive purpose of keeping in repair and beautifying
the graveyard attached to tbe said St. Stephens Church (where
said George Biddle is buried), and especially that portion
where bis ancestors have been buried.

112. "A deed from James T. Quinlan and Rosella Quin-
lan, his wife, to First Seventh Day Adventist Church of Bal-
timore City, dated February 10th, 1913, and recorded among
the land records of Howard County in Liber W. W. L. C. No.

94, folio No. 371, conveying lots Nos. 257 and 258 on a plan
of lots called Harwood, recorded among the land records of
Howard County in Liber J. H. O. No. 60, folio No. 115."

113. To the grant and deed made and executed by William
F. Filler and Susan Filler, his wife, to tbe Eastern District of
the German Evangelical Lutheran Synod of Missouri, Ohio,
