Henrietta Street, and having a frontage of twenty-two feet on
Sharp Street and an even depth southeastwardly of one hun-
dred and fifty-five feet, to the northwest side of Peach Alley;
with full power to the said Martini German Evangelical Luth-
eran Church of the Unaltered Augsburg Confession, to hold,
mortgage, sell, convey, lease or otherwise dispose of any and all
property acquired under the deed aforesaid.

93. To the sale, grant and conveyance by the West Arling-
ton Improvement Company to McKendree Methodist Episcopal
Church of certain ground and premises in Baltimore County
(now Baltimore City), in the State of Maryland, by deed
dated July 27th, 1903, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore County, in Liber N. B. M. No. 269, folio 297.

94. To the gift and bequest to "Board of Missions of the
Baltimore Annual. Conference of the Methodist Episcopal
Church South," a body corporate duly incorporated under the
laws of the State of Maryland, by the last will and testament
of John E. McCahan, late of Frederick County, deceased,
dated the 28th day of September, 1912, which will is recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of Frederick County in
Liber S. D. T. No. 2, folio 282, of ''Wills" of the sum of five
hundred dollars, to become due and payable and take effect in
possession and enjoyment upon the decease of the last survivor
of the two beneficiaries for life mentioned in Item 2 of said
will and upon the termination of the trust declared and cre-
ated in said Item 2 of said will and therein limited to expire
with or after the termination of the last of said two life es-
tates to expire; and that the said sum of five hundred dollars
so given and bequeathed to said body corporate shall vest ab-
solutely in said body corporate upon the happening of the
events so limited in said will, pursuant to the tenor and in
accordance with the intent of said last will and testament.

95. To the sale, grant and deed in fee simple of a certain
lot of ground and the improvements thereon, situate on the
west side of Elsinor Avenue, in the City of Baltimore, two
hundred and seventy-one and fifty-nine one hundredths feet
northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the

westernmost side of Elsinor Avenue with the north side of
Beech Avenue, and running thence northerly with the west
side of Elsinor Avenue fifty feet; thence westerly one hundred
and twenty -five and ninety-one one-hundredths feet; thence
southerly fifty and twenty-seven one-hundredths feet, and
