church property with a frontage of twenty-seven feet on Ray-
ner Avenue, Baltimore City.
89. To declare the sanction and consent of the General As-
sembly of Maryland to the conveyance to the Vestry of Church-
ville Parish, in Harford County, a body corporate, or for the
use and benefit of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Holy
Trinity in said Parish, of six and a half acres of land in Har-
ford County and of lots or parcels of said six and a half acres
and of legal or equitable interests therein.
90. To the bequest of one thousand dollars to the Trustees
of tbe Wilmington Methodist Episcopal Conference, upon trust
for the use of Beckwith's Methodist Episcopal Church of the
Neck Election District, of Dorchester County, Maryland, the
interest or income therefrom to be applied as set forth in Item
(2) of the last will and testament of Jerome Thomas, late of
Hudson, Dorchester County, Maryland, deceased, said will be-
ing dated April llth, 1921, and of record among the Will Rec-
ords of Dorchester County, in Liber R. P. S. No. 2, folio 413.
91. To the sale, grant and deed made and executed by the
Northwest Real Estate Company, a body corporate, of a lot of
ground at the corner formed bv the intersection of the northeast
side of Liberty Heights Avenue and the northwest side of Edge-
wood Road, in said city, to the Third Reformed Church of Bal-
timore City, a body corporate, said deed bearing date of Janu-
ary 18th, 1921, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 3692, folio 370, etc., the
said sale, gTant and deed being confirmed by a confirmatory
deed, dated tbe third day of June, 1921, and recorded in the
Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 3745,
folio 236, etc.
92. To a deed from Margaretha B. Stubenrauch, widow,
Sophia K. Staib and Frederick C. Staib, ber husband, Chris-
tiana E. Meuschke and Frederick Meuschke, her husband,
diaries H. Stubenrauch and Etta Stubenraucb, his wife, to the
Martini German Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Unaltered
Augsburg Confession, dated September 20th, 1920, and re-
corded among the Land Reocrds of Baltimore City, in Liber S.
C. L. No. 3654, folio 559, etc., of property on the southeast
side of Sharp Street, in Baltimore, beginning at the distance
