thence easterly one hundred and nineteen and eighty-seven one-
hundredths feet to the beginning, to "District Parsonage Cor-
poration," a body corporate duly incorporated under the laws
of the State of Maryland, its successors and assigns, by Henry
A. Grubbs and Edith H. Grubbs, his wife, by their deed dated
the 28th day of May, 1920, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3592, folio 513;
and that absolute title in fee simple in and to said lot and the
improvements thereon vest in said body corporate, the "Dis-
trict Parsonage Corporation," its successors and assigns to its
and their own use and behoof.

96. To the grant, sale, conveyance and deed to the Most
Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore for the time being, and his successors in the
Archiepiscopal See of Baltimore, according to the discipline
and government of the Roman Catholic Church, a corporation
sole, from Casa Regina, Incorporated, dated the 24th day of
February, 1922, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City, on the 24th day of February, 1922, of two par-
cels of ground on the north side of Franklin Street, in the City
of Baltimore, beginning at the distance of eighty-eight feet
westerly from the northwest corner of Franklin and Cathedral

Streets, and together fronting ninety feet, with a depth north
of one hundred and forty feet to the south side of Hamilton
Street.

97. To a deed and conveyance from the Northwest Real
Estate Company to the Trustees of the Congregation of the
Disciples of Jesus Christ in the city and precincts of Balti-
more to a lot of ground on the north side of Liberty Heights
Avenue and west side of Copley Road, said deed bearing date
January 18, 1921, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. 3692, folio 311.

98. To the deed and conveyance to the Trustees of the
Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City from
Charles Carroll Matabisli, et al. of the reversion and annual
ground rent issuing out of a lot of ground on the south side
of the Baltimore and Frederick Turnpike Road in Baltimore
City, described in a certain deed to said Trustees from the said
Mactavish, et al., dated May 31st, 1921, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
3765, folio 619, etc., and to the deed of the rear portion of
said lot described in a certain deed from said Trustees to
