the said will being recorded among the records of the Register
of Wills of Frederick County in Liber A. M. P. 1, folio 248.

83. To the bequests contained in the will of Albert Frank-
lin Zimmerman, late of Frederick County, deceased, unto the
Saint Matthews Reformed Congregation of the Manor Charge,
Classis of Maryland, Synod of the Potomac Reformed Church
in the United States, a body corporate, the said will being dated
June 29, 1920, admitted to probate January 31, 1921, and re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills for Frederick
County in A. M. P. No. 1, folio 352.

84. To the bequest of two hundred dollars contained in the
will of J. Thomas Gorrell, deceased, late of Harford County,
the said will being recorded among the Will Records of Har-
ford County in Liber A. J. No. 16, folio 231.

85. The sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland be, and the same is hereby declared given and
granted to the following devise, contained in the last will and
testament of Emmanuel Watkins, deceased, dated September
6, 1914, and recorded in O. B. D. No. 2, folio 431, of the
will record books of Anne Arundel County, as follows: To the
devise in the first clause of said will of Emmanuel Watkins,
of all his property, after the death of his wife, Charlotte Wat-
kins, to the Trustees of Mt. Moriah African Methodist Epis-
copal Church, on Franklin Street, in the City of Annapolis.

86. To the bequest of one thousand dollars to the Rector
and Vestry of St. Mary's Protestant Episcopal Church of Em-
morton, 'Harford County, Maryland, as contained in the last
will and testament of Pattie W. Jewell, deceased, filed for
record in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City
in September, 1920.

87. To a deed and conveyance from the Baltimore Baptist
Extension Society, Incorporated, dated November 4, 1921, to
the Pentecostal Church of the Nazerene, Incorporated, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S.
C. L. Number 3797, folio 203, etc., consisting of a lot of ground
and church property with a frontage of twenty-seven feet on
Rayner Avenue, Baltimore City.

88. To a deed and conveyance from Thomas Hughes, trus-
tee, and Eugene Levering, widower, dated June 24, 1918, to
the Baltimore Baptist Church Extension Society, and recorded
