80. To the conveyance of a certain leasehold lot of ground
situate on the north side of Eager Street, in Baltimore City,
known as 1830 East Eager Street, subject to an annual rent
of forty dollars and fifty cents ($40.50), by a deed from Ida
E. Lyons to the Trustees of the Asbury Methodist Episcopal
Church of Baltimore, dated October 28, 1908, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 248, folio 224, etc., and that title to said leasehold prop-
erty vest absolutely in said corporation, its successors and as-
signs to its own and their own use and behoof.

81. To the sale and conveyance in fee simple of a certain
lot of ground and the ground rent of one hundred and twenty
dollars ($120.00) issuing thereout and the reversion in said lot,
and the merging thereof, in and to the Trustees of the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church in the North Baltimore Station in the
City of Baltimore by a deed from Ella B. Finley, Mary P.
Boyd Finlay and Elizabeth Hollingsworth French, described

as follows, viz.:

Beginning for the same on the line of the south side of
Monument Street at the distance of one hundred twenty-four
feet eastwardly from the southeast corner or intersection of
Monument and Ensor Streets, and running thence southwardly
at right angles to Monument Street sixty-seven feet; thence
south seventy-five and one-half degrees .west seventeen feet eight
inches; thence south forty-two degrees east at right angles
to Sterling Street seventy feet six inches to Sterling Street;
thence running and bounding on Sterling Street the two fol-
lowing courses, viz.: North forty-eight degrees east eighty-six
feet; north forty-one and one-half degrees east eighty-six feet to
Monument Street, and thence bounding on Monument Street
westwardly one hundred and fifty feet to the place of begin-
ning. Said deed bearing date of April 14, 1910, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. I .
No. 2573, folio 478, etc. And that title to said fee-simple prop
erty vest absolutely in said corporation, its successors and as-
signs to its own and their own use and behoof.

82. To the devise of certain property known as Lot. No.
42 on the plat of Jefferson, in Frederick County, Maryland,
contained in the will of Elizabeth M. Dare, deceased, late of
Frederick County, to the Trustees of the Jefferson Reform
Congregation of the Jefferson Charge, Classis of Maryland,
Snyod of the Potomac, Reformed Church in the LTnited States,
