46. To the bequest of one hundred dollars to the Trustees
of Millers Menonite Church, after the death of testator's wife,
Martha, contained in the last will and testament of Noah E.
Shank, late of Washington County, deceased, of record in
''Wills," Liber ''N" folio 367, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills for Washington County.

47. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Mary A. Eckstine, late of Washington County,
deceased, of record in ''Wills," Liber "N" folio 371, one of the
record books in the office of the Register of Wills for Washing-
ton County:

48. The sum of three thousand dollars unto St. Mark's
Lutheran Church.

49. The sum of fifty dollars unto the Preacher's Aid So-
ciety of St. Mark's Lutheran Church.

50. To the bequest of three hundred dollars to St. John's
Reform Church, Clearspring, Maryland, to be used as may be
deemed best for the use of said Church, but not for pastor's
salary, or during pastorate of Rev. J. E. Klingaman, contained
in the last will and testament of Annie V. Loose, late of Wash-
ington County, deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber "N," folio
400, one of the record books in the office of the Register of
Wills for Washington County.

51. To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament and codicil thereto of Lucina Kline, late of
Washington County, deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber
"N," folio 408, one of the record books in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills for Washington County, said bequests being pay-
able after the death of Newton Kline, brother of said deceased:
