38. To the bequest of fifty dollars to the Infant Depart-
ment of the Luthern Sunday School, in Funkstown, Maryland,
contained in the last will and testament of Sarah E. South, late
of Washington County, deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber
"N"," folio 222, one of the record books in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills for Washington County.

39. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Sidney S. Hurlbut, late of Washington County,
deceased, of record in ''Wills," Liber "N," folio 258, etc., one
of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills for
Washington County:

40. The sum of one thousand dollars to Saint Mary's
Roman Catholic Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, provided
that there shall be erected or in course of erection within ten
years after the decease of said Sidney S. Hurlbut a new church
edifice on a certain lot of land commonly called "The Smith
Property," on South Prospect Street, in Hagerstown, Mary-
land, which was conveyed by Laura McL. Smith to the most
Reverend James Cardinal Gibbons, Archbishop of Baltimore,
or his successors.

41. To the bequest of all the rest and residue of the estate
of said Sidney S. Hurlbut, after the death of his sister, Har-
riet P. Hurlbut, to the "Oblate Fathers of Mary Immaculate"
of Washington City, in the District of Columbia.

42. To the bequest of fifty dollars to the Old Folks Home,
at San Mar, contained in the last will and testament of Samuel
Coffman, late of Washington County, deceased, of record in
"Wills," Liber "N," folio 276, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills for Washington County.

43. To the bequest of one hundred dollars unto "St. Paul's
Lutheran and Reform Congregation on the west side of Conoco-
cheague Creek," in Washington County, Maryland, to be used
by said congregation in making repairs to their church when-
ever the same may become necessary, contained in the last will
and testament of Melehor N". Schnebly, late of Washington
County, deceased, of record in "Wills,"' Liber "N" folio 279,
one of the record books in the office of the the Register of
Wills for Washington County.

44. To the bequest of one hundred dollars to the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church of Rouzerville, Pa., contained in the
last will and testament of Alice B. Speilman, late of Wash-
