Maryland, to be held by them as a trust fund forever, and the
income of same to be used to keep up repairs on said church.
53. The sum of one thousand dollars to the Trustees of
Franklin and Marshall College, to be held in trust, and the in-
terest thereon to be devoted to the education of worthy young
men for the ministry as said trustees deem best.
54. The sum of three hundred dollars to the Trustees of
St. Paul's Church of Wilson District, Washington County,
Maryland, to be held as a fund to be used when they have suf-
ficient funds to purchase a pipe organ for said church.
55. The sum of two hundred dollars to the Washington
County Y. M. C. A.
56. The sum of one hundred dollars to the Trustees of St
Paul's Church to be invested by said trustees, and the interest
thereon to be devoted annually to the repair and upkeep of the
lot upon which testatrix is buried.
57. To the bequest of one thousand dollars to Trinity
Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hagerstown, of Washington
County, contained in the last will and testament of Susan
Maria Stouffer, late of Washington County, deceased, of rec-
ord in ''Wills," Liber "N"," folio 418, one of the record books
in the office of the Register of Wills for Washington County.
58. To the bequest of one-half of the rest and residue of
testatrix's estate to the Hagerstown Post of the Salvation
Army contained in the last will and testament of Maggie
Stover, late of Washington County, deceased, of record in
"Wills," Liber "N," folio 425, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills for Washington County.
59. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Harriet Eliza Maynard, late of Washington
County, deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber "N," folios 428,
etc., one of the record books in the office of the Register of
Wills for Washington County:
60. The sum of five thousand dollars unto the Protestant
Episcopal Theological Seminary, located near the City of
Alexandria, Virginia, to be used for a perpetual scholarship
as a memorial to deceased aunt of testatrix, Lucy A. Worthing-
ton, and testatrix, the said Harriet Eliza Maynard.
